VIOLINET TECH

VIOLINET TECH

Agentic systems and diffusion models that run on hardware you already own. Built at the intersection of High Art and Hard Engineering.

Imagery generated in-house on the Violet Diffusion pipeline

The thesis

Making it work and making it beautiful are the same job.

Most infrastructure companies stopped caring how the thing looks. Most design studios never learned to build. VIOLINET TECH is the network that refuses to pick — and yes, we know what the acronym spells.

The network

Two products, two supporting companies.

VIOLINET TECH is not a conglomerate and does not pretend to be one. It is the honest name for what happens when a studio spends six years building its own tools and the tools turn out to be the more interesting product. VIOLINET OS and Violet Diffusion are the work now; the studio and the channel are what feed them.

Two cupped hands holding a luminous wireframe brain wrapped in glass infinity loops.

The control plane

VIOLINET OS

A local control plane for one machine and the AI agents running on it. Chat with tool loops, a model catalogue, an encrypted vault, a LoRA trainer, local image generation — and an auto-wire engine that configures coding tools as they launch.

The work

Specificity is the brand.

VIOLINET OS · the control plane

One control plane for the machine and the agents on it

VIOLINET OS has two halves. Helm governs the machine — telemetry, processes, LAN devices, drivers, Safe Mode, security posture — and its trust model governs the whole application. The hub governs the agents: it notices a coding CLI or desktop app starting and patches its configuration in place, attaching skills, keys from the vault and MCP servers, so the tool arrives already wired.

There is no HTTP server and no WebSocket. The interface reaches privileged code through a single contextIsolated boundary and nothing else. Everything destructive is a two-step plan/apply gate; secrets sit in a DPAPI-backed vault.

Thirteen gigabytes of checkpoint, on a card you already own

The converter maps all 430 weight tensors of a Krea 2 checkpoint onto the layout diffusers expects — zero unmapped, zero missing, zero unexpected, zero shape mismatches, verified against the real 13.1 GB file rather than a stub. The genuinely valuable artefact is not the map: it is the oracle that proves a candidate map complete, cheaply and without touching VRAM.

The worker runs Z-Image Turbo directly from a 5.02 GB quantisation at 1024×1024 in eight steps on a single RTX 3060. Host offload is the whole ballgame there — 10.25 seconds per step with it, 236 without, because thirteen gigabytes of model on a twelve-gigabyte card spills over PCIe rather than failing outright.

The ceiling, named. Krea 2 still cannot be loaded from a GGUF. from_single_file applies a dequantiser that Krea2Transformer2DModel does not have. The route through is known, and it is not built.

NeuroViolet

A platform for the people making the work.

Are you a creator looking for somewhere to put the work and people who actually get it — or a vendor who wants to sell on a storefront built for AI from the first line, instead of one that tolerates it? That is a different product from this one, and it has its own home.

Post images, video, apps and assets with the prompt and the model attached. Find the other people doing it. Sell direct, keep the margin.
